At her birth, she received the name Ariel Eva Tuadraq-Atauchaq Tweto. Alya, her younger sister, is also a Tweto. The parents of her met while her dad was living in Alaska as a professional hockey player trying to get people interested for the sport. Era Alaska, the airline firm they started with help from his mother was the result of their love for each other. Ariel grew up together with Alya in Nome Census in the state of Alaska. Ariel attended Emerson College in Nome and graduated from the Chapman University's communication program in Southern California. Ariel's career in acting began when she was just a teenager, appearing in the TV series Wipeout. She became famous in an incident in which she asks for the pole that she can't perceive, yet is before her. In the midst of this is Ariel's cheerful character. Ariel's father Jim, and mother Ferno have both been pilots and it's not surprising to Ariel to have an interest in flying from an early age. Flying Alaska 2011-2012 follows Ariel as she makes her way towards becoming a pilot. The month of April, 2012 was when she obtained her licence. She takes charge of running her family's business when her dad retires. Alaskans are worried about the suicide rate of adolescents, which could be 7 times or more than the median national rate. Ariel's solution to this issue was to co-found a non-profit organization named Popping Bubbles in which she visits schools and other youth forums talking to youngsters on the reasons why they need to have an incentive to pursue their dreams rather than giving in to depression.
